Bandits Called Hackers

Connecting to the world had many benefits. But it had some drawbacks as well. Not everyone using the new Internet behaved responsibly.

Sometimes the goal of access was just for fun, no harm done. Other times it was for the stealing of information or for purposes of maliciously destroying property or data.
