Come with us as we watch the Mariachis stroll through the campus, serenading all those within ear shot, or join the students, staff, faculty and local community residents as they listen to the HU Singers perform selections from the world of music theater. Relax and enjoy an evening program of instrumental jazz, or listen to the beautiful refrains of the 50+ member concert choir.

The rich diversity in the Music programs at Highlands University allows students of music to pursue their personal interests while they enjoy classes in individualized or small-group instructional settings. Music programs at NMHU fall into three main categories: Music Major, Music Education Major and Music Minor. Each is flexible enough to encourage students to explore the many and varied avenues that music has to offer. Financial aid, scholarships and activity awards are available and numerous instrumental and vocal ensembles allow students the opportunity to perform in public concert while sharpening their current skills and adding new ones.
