Raceways
Gutter raceways are just open-topped raceways.
Gutters are good for areas that have large cable runs in attics and dropped ceilings. Gutters are not usually placed in areas that are visible.
Decorative raceways completely cover the cabling and provide a more aesthetically pleasing appearance than a gutter.
The cover of the raceway is removable, so that cable can be placed inside and then the cover snapped, locked, or screwed back into position.
Raceways can be screwed into place or positioned using adhesive backing. If you think you may move the raceway, don’t use adhesive backing. Don’t put network cabling in a raceway with power cords.
