GenCyber Summer Camp Instructor Position
Description:
The summer camp needs three instructors. The primary responsibility of each instructor is to teach middle school girls cybersecurity knowledge via history and storytelling. In the five days camp, each instructor needs to teach the girls cybersecurity skills via different activities in different days including: day 1-security in Medieval Kingdoms:Networks; day 2- Encrypting through history: how to hide your message;day 3 - Historical epidemics: from humans to computers; day 4 - The wild west, gangsters,a nd hackers: protect yoursel; day 5 - Emily post, etiquette vs. Ethics, and online behavior.
Workload and Stipend:
Each instructor will teach 4 out of 5 days with four hours in each day.
Before the camp, each instructor will be trained for the five activities.
The total stipend is $1000.00
Minimum Requirement:
1. Current CSU full/part time faculty with speciality in Cybersecurity
