Placing a Call

• Enter number, hit send

• Cellphone broadcasts request

• Several cellsites receive, send to MTSO

• MTSO assigns cellphone to cellsite where signal is loudest

• MTSO sends message to cellphone via that cellsite, telling the phone what incoming, outgoing channels to use
