Video and Text Conferencing are becoming more and more integrated into everyday business practice. Our goal was to implement this technology with equipment that we already had, or had to borrow, make it work, and demonstrate it with successes.

When we started out, we had basically three questions that need to be answered,

What hardware was need and where were we going to get it.

What software was need and where were we going to get it.

How were we going to demonstrate it all to the class.
