According to the documentation, a hub was supposed to be in place in the East wing of West Las Vegas Middle School. We found a patch panel for the zone, but no hub was found. Therefore, a hub needs to be installed.

We have not yet found a solution to run the aerial cable from the main building at the high school to the Annex building. We also have the same problem from the main building to the Music building.

Found one RJ-45 insert was disconnected from the media.

Need a two opening face plate in one of the classrooms. For the moment, the face plate just has one opening.
