Often a company's best ideas come from its employees. Suggestion Box uses Netscape LiveWire to let companies gather ideas for cutting expenses, improving employee morale, decreasing waste, increasing profits, creating new products, and more.

Employees can include their names or post anonymously - an important feature for encouraging input. Flexible suggestion display options include show all or search by subject line, date range, or suggestion number.

Department administrators can easily register for privileges to post responses to suggestions, edit responses, or delete suggestions.
