  iMeet accommodates the needs of businesses using shared conference rooms in one or many office locations. Employees can easily find and reserve meeting rooms, and review details such as which rooms have overhead projectors. A User View displays an indivual employee's meeting schedule by day or week.

Entering the meeting date and time, number of attendees, and the office location instantly returns all available locations, as well as maximum occupancy and in-room resources. Employees can also view floor plans to compare rooms. Once a room is booked, iMeet eliminates conflicts by clearly blocking time slots. A private text field can be used for special notes, agendas, or directions. iMeet combines all the benefits of a centralized room-booking service augmented by a complete meeting-room database and universal accessibility via Navigator.

    In iMeet, pull-down menus and select boxes make arranging meetings a quick process. The Room Info feature is especially helpful for choosing rooms with adequate space and presentation equipment. The My Calendar feature gives employees a quick overview of meetings scheduled, plus links to details.
