HumanActive 401 (k) is a software framework for providing online, real-time online, real-time access to employees for reviewing and enrolling in corporate 401(k) plans. An interactive asset-allocation model assists employees by querying on a series of personal life factors (such as age, risk tolerance, and plans for sending children to college) before recommending the best allocation of assets and salary contribution. Graphic financial models help participants make informed plan choices. Enrollment is expedited by electronic forms that are automatically forwarded to the human resources department for processing. Employees can later review their account balance, contribution level, and asset allocation from their own PC.
