1) Students will be able to use PocketPCs to solve simple problems using Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer

2) Students will be able to collect data and transmit the data between the PocketPCs

3) Students will be able to use and modify simple C++ programs on the PocketPC

Instructional Methods and Techniques

1) Students will work in teams of two

2) Most of the course will involve hands-on activities

Assignments for Course

1) Simple Windows CE Exercises

2) Use Microsoft Office (Excel) to do computations that require remote data collection

2) Use Internet Explorer to collect data for processing

3) Modify a C++ program to process collected data

Evaluation

1) Each assignment will be assigned a letter grade A-F based on requirements for the assignment

2) The assignment grades will be averaged to obtain a course grade
