CS463/563 Web Programming - Week 11 Assignment

  1. Skim through the first six chapters of Web Programming with Java and the other notes on the website that introduce Java and applets

  2. Write an applet that displays your name, the date and/or any other information you want displayed. Enhance your display with simple graphics (lines, rectangles, polygons, arcs) as discussed in chapter 9.

  3. Participate in the discussion group
    • Your discussion should include any problems you are having with Java and applets
    • Your discussion should include suggestions for two of your classmates on their web pages from assignment 9-10
