Multistory LANs
In the case of a multistory building, you should not locate your MDF in the POP.
This is because the need for the MDF to be centrally located supercedes the need for convenient access to the POP.
In the multistory scenario the POP will usually be on the ground floor and the MDF should be on the middle floor.
