Request for Change
A request for change is issued when the network administrator believes a change should be made on the network. It is usually issued when one of the following is involved:
- The way users interface the network
- The services provided by the network
- Access to information on the network
- Budgeting priorities
- Time allocation of support staff or management
A request for change describes in detail what is required to implement the change.
It must include a cost/benefit analysis and be circulated for review.
