User Interface Research project and presentation --------- 100 pts.

One of the major requirements for this course is a research paper/presentation on a User Interface. Research and write a 5-10 page paper about a human-computer interface (HCI). You can either select an HCI from the list below or propose another for my approval. Your paper/report should include a brief history of the HCI, its importance, its characteristics, and the “future” of this HCI.

• A 5-10 page report
• This must be done in accordance with the ACM Publication standards (see http://www.acm.org/sigs/publications/pubform.doc)
• The planning tools – flowchart and storyboards – used to develop and document the presentation.
• An in-class presentation and upload about your selected UI.
• You may use PowerPoint, PDF, or other presentation software. The presentation must be uploaded to CougarView to share
