4. Thou shalt not tinker with thine Registry unless thou knowest what thou art doing

5. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's network

6. Thou shalt schedule downtime before doing major work upon thy network

7. Thou shalt keep adequate supply of spare parts

8. Thou shalt not steal thy neighbor's program without license

9. Thou shalt train thy users in the way in which they should go
