Click Start menu. Choose Programs then "Administrative tools". Select "Windows NT diagnostics" from the menu. A shortcut to opening NT diagnostics is to run the command "winmsd".
Click the Services tab to open it.
In this window you can view all the services in your computer and their status: Running or Stopped. It's a very useful tool for troubleshooting.
Click "OK" button to close NT diagnostics.
